Local business people arrested in Shekosh Town.
At least five civilian business people were arrested in the town of shekosh on Saturday February 20, 2010.
Shekosh is one of the four districts make up Korahe province of the Somali regional state of Ethiopia.
The independent information received local people confirmed that the arrest was come while high delegates from Jijiga the capital of regional Somali administrative reached at Shekosh.
It’s unknown reason behind the arrest of business people and the head of the shekosh administration and his cabinets include the arrested people.
Abdulahi Mohamed Ali was the head of Shekosh administrative for two years and pro-government.
The Somali regional state of Ethiopia is remained insecure about the last fifteen years, due to the conflict between the Ogaden national Liberation Front [Onlf] and the Ethiopian forces.
ONLF fights independent of Somali region of Ethiopia [known ogaden] and battled permanently Ethiopian troops in the ogaden.
